G2 is backed by a 5 years warranty compared the C2’s 3 years. I read that G2 has a larger heat sink and a better screen.

Anyone had this same issue as me?

I have a LG C1 65 inch, on standby, the red light will show. For the past few days, there are times when it is in standby mode, the red light mode disappear and I am unable to turn it on.

I had to off the mains and rest it a min, before turning it back on again. Today, i did the same and after turning it back on again, the red standby light appear. And after 1 min of standby, the red light disappeared and I cannot turn it on via the remote and the physical button.

I have reached out to LG support since it's under warranty, but it's the weekend, so I have to wait till Monday to arrange for a repair check.

Please let me know if any one knows a fix to this. Btw, in power settings, i have set all to off for power-savings as well as auto-off in 4 hrs.

Oh man, this exact issue popped up with my C1 65 this weekend as well, and it's driving me crazy.

One other thing with mine - I've been getthing a notification about running pixel cleaning exactly a few days before the disappearance of the red standby light. I wonder if these issues are related?

Hi, you can get the LG G2 for that price at the moment, very good specials at mega discount, harvery norman etc. Prices at retail stores are much cheaper than online. i paid $3599 + $300 grocery voucher for my 65" G2, its getting delivered today!! yay!

G2 has very low stock apparntly, you can get 65" C2 for about $2999.

And yes, 2022 models are still worth it in 2023. especially considering they cost 40% less.
