Is anyone here like unhappy with their S23 and waiting to get rid of it? It seems people are a lot more satisfied in this thread vs the old S22 thread.

Find the S23 ultra screen slightly flatter or less curvy compared to S22 Ultra. Didn't know this until I started using so it was a plus point for me.

Trade in for note got nerfed to $200 instead of $500. They silently change the promotion i guess. Too overwhelming response.

I believe is for all note series and S21 which previously got overtrade of $500 but now the website stated $200 overtrade for all phones.

Hope so too. It is a waiting game with them. Hoping that with the receipt of my delivery, things will move faster.

Wow they so sneaky. Previously said the overtrade bonus $500 until 31 May. But of cos they also have a clause that says they reserve the right to amend without prior notice.

Complete the transaction while you can if you are going to buy it.

This is back to the same point i raise to Samsung, their website has lots of inconsistency issues which misleads consumers.

Either promotion not started backend but they put on the front end, or the promotion is still onoging but they remove the information from their front end.

Their agents will tell you, if you are unhappy, you can choose not to buy. This was the exact words their agent quoted me when I raised the issue to them.
