5 mins later, $200 overtrade for my brother in law

it’s as if they were updating their platform as I was trying to buy.

You try go complain to Samsung lo. Why 2 transactions over a span of few hours/minutes from the 3rd transaction has $500, but not the 3rd one.

Complete the transaction while you can if you are going to buy it.

This is back to the same point i raise to Samsung, their website has lots of inconsistency issues which misleads consumers.

Either promotion not started backend but they put on the front end, or the promotion is still onoging but they remove the information from their front end.


Their agents will tell you, if you are unhappy, you can choose not to buy. This was the exact words their agent quoted me when I raised the issue to them.
I already bought last Saturday. Testing only with IMEI from previous Note9. Still show $500 overtrade when checkout.

Anyone has issue with ordering? Keep having error when keying in my credit card details and paying, cannot go through. Want to take this opportunity to swap out all my family members’ old Notes but Samsung website really CMI, their chat bot say they are available 24/7, but just keeps in promoting “all their agents are busy, will connect with next agent”, then straight away auto close the chat.
how many you buy 😉

I got mine ard 3.5wks. They will sms/email u one day before.
Well, they did call this morning and confirm that the unit had finished production and is at the logistics.

And the status has finally changed to awaiting dispatch. So I guess Samsung Customer Support does have some sensing of the status of our orders

Finally got my cream s23u delivered today. Ordered on 29apr. For those who bought the additional warranty, how was this delivered? I don't see anything in the package
