He uses it to give you a reading to prepare and let you aware what the house will be bringing to you (sort of fortune reading to prepare you for future) and provide dates for your Reno and moving-in date.

Price depends on the type of unit type I guess. As one of my friend have the same price as me as unit type is same.

Do give this Fengshui Master a try If you are looking for someone very logical and can explain every myths and grandmother stories you ever hear&say about everything Fengshui (Should see his china and other regional projects)

Give great logical explanations, mostly friendly I ever come across. compare to the 2 previous masters that can hardly explain and show a face that tell me to shut my mouth. This master explain if he sense you dun understand and why is better if you do it.

Also prepare to throw all those useless fengshui stuffs away. Tihs happened to me and 2 other superstitious friends of mine which saw him (nothing bad happened after disposal and better I think) Let him explain this part to you.

Hi, can check with you how to discard "fengshui stuff"?...I only engaged feng shui master once many years ago and i was very unhappy when he just bought the fu lu shou without my permission and insisted that i needed to place this in my apt. I do not know if the fu lu shou got "开光“ a not. I placed it in my apt for one year and after that just wrapped them up and keep them hidden in the cupboard (i feel uncomfortable having them in my apt (as the fs master bought it without asking me and insisted that i pay for it) but dare not throw them away as afterall, it is fu lu shou )..do you know how to properly discard these?

He provides a soft copy of the report. Quite straight forward. I like that he wont ask me to buy a lot of weird crystals or ornaments.

Yup, those are pretty standard. He's also pretty pragmatic about things in his recommendations. One thing to note, he insists on doing a physical assessment, ie. not just sending a floor plan etc.

Not cheap for sure, but i do see some value in her advices where she covers direction from career/industry matches to daily routine such as health and diet.

She was spot on for health condition on specific area as i didn't directly share what has happened but awaited Master to share her analysis.

I do feel improvement in general luck and career, but still following through her regime advised to see how my changes follows in longer term.

Quite a long list.

From simple things like wearing a specific coloured clothing......environment touch up with favorable element such as changing my bedside table to an element of my favourable element.

To adding on cosmetic wearable such as bracelet and watch.

Specific diet to avoid/reduce such as beans and chicken.
