Anyone watching out for upcoming Katong Residences and Meyer launches? Do you think recent land bid and poor AP sub-sale results will steer these developers to launch below 3k psf?

Most ppl I know use both cash + cpf to make up the 25% downpayment (or higher than 25% if they cannot loan up to 75%). So their BSD portion is almost always cash.
Ultimately, one needs about 10k/mth of income to borrow 1m for housing. It's not for the faint hearted. Those people who can earn 10-20-30k-xxk/mth to buy 2,3,4,xx million properties should logically be good at managing their wealth bah. You would think they will be able to calculate their pnl properly.

I hope.
