Interesting to note that he said URA may not award TG2 given very tight bidding amount and with two bidders only. Is that possible?

We thank flippers for their contribution towards nation building2m property BSD already 70k. The BSD itself already gao gao.
Katong residences is ex La ville?Anyone watching out for upcoming Katong Residences and Meyer launches? Do you think recent land bid and poor AP sub-sale results will steer these developers to launch below 3k psf?
Some of them their cpf not even enough to cover downpayment! :/many new launchers just use CPF to pay, which they get from compound interest, so sub sub water sir.
Actually BSD is 100K for a new launch 3 bedder of say 2.6m. Quite substantial. We thank flippers for their contribution towards nation building
Can save 70k to reno kitchen and bathrooms every 15 years or so.![]()
Then how to buy 2M property lol. Some of them their cpf not even enough to cover downpayment! :/
Most ppl I know use both cash + cpf to make up the 25% downpayment (or higher than 25% if they cannot loan up to 75%). So their BSD portion is almost always cash. Then how to buy 2M property lol.
I mentioned former Meyer Park gona launch maybe around 2.8-3k but then u said simi carrot pricingAnyone watching out for upcoming Katong Residences and Meyer launches? Do you think recent land bid and poor AP sub-sale results will steer these developers to launch below 3k psf?
Ultimately, one needs about 10k/mth of income to borrow 1m for housing. It's not for the faint hearted. Those people who can earn 10-20-30k-xxk/mth to buy 2,3,4,xx million properties should logically be good at managing their wealth bah. You would think they will be able to calculate their pnl properly. Most ppl I know use both cash + cpf to make up the 25% downpayment (or higher than 25% if they cannot loan up to 75%). So their BSD portion is almost always cash.
Wa 100k cash but no cpf sounds abit funny. Usually should be high on both. Most ppl I know use both cash + cpf to make up the 25% downpayment (or higher than 25% if they cannot loan up to 75%). So their BSD portion is almost always cash.
