don't think it was necessary cause 2 top keepers fighting for a single position is going to cause some team harmony issues.

havertz has been underperforming for chelsea for quite a while.
should have tried to bargain with chelsea or look for a cheaper alternative.

Havertz really not a good signing as he's a 1 in 4 matches goal scorer as a centre-forward. Plus his link-up play is not good like Gab Jesus. Don't see the point of this signing when Arsenal has so many forwards like Nketiah, Gab, Reiss Nelson, Trossard, Martinelli, Balogun, Pepe + AM like Saka, Odegaard, Emily smith, F. Vieira.
