Need to add deposit 2.5 months and other fee.

No other furniture. Will be looking at getting some 2nd hand basics and IKEA

The RM1600 3b2br unit has sofa, wardrobe, dress table and a dining table, but for the total annual price difference, I can spend about half to furnish to my liking and then get some money back if I sell 2nd hand.

My friend 1medini last year leased only Rm1k fully furnished with dustbin bedaheeets etx
