OCBC have implemented a security feature on OCBC Digital app to further safeguard their customers from malware

In the first month since its launch on 5 August 2023, OCBC's anti-malware security feature has prevented scammers from making away with more than $2m in savings, from more than 30 customers' OCBC bank accounts. The security feature was first rolled out in version 18.1 of the OCBC Digital app for Android.

probably ocbc app report back how many app launch on phone with sideloaded app. they assume each launch = 1 scam prevented?

Well if you actually go out to work you know in life there are a lot of solutions, some suboptimal some complex, some easy to implement and so on.
It is not like "O" Level where there is a model answer at the back
To give yourself a pat on the back because you arrived at the most simplistic answer is joke rather than create the most optimal solution.
This kind of thinking is why SG policymakers are a joke.

Well if you actually go out to work you know in life there are a lot of solutions, some suboptimal some complex, some easy to implement and so on.

Even then there will be people unaware. I agree the video would be good with other languages/dialects but if they don't read news or no one shares such scams with them they will still fall for such scams.

I read like weekly MY falling for impersonation scams & in SG is weekly malware scams.
