Hi Folks, for those who have gotten their above phones from official Poco store in China/HK, through Shopee/Lazada,
- May I know if claiming local warranty is really possible?
- If yes, where can we do this?
- If no, any procedure to claim any warranty services at all?

The official store seller kept insisting local service centre will take on the service, but when we visit the one in Funan, they said not local set they will not service…

I sent Poco phones in for repairs before at Funan, bought from the Poco Official Store on Shopee (shipped from HK). There is a piece of paper which is sort of a proof of purchase when you get your phone, just show the service centre staff that and they can cross-verify.

yes it is important, once there was no record of my Poco M3 in their system and they requested that proof to confirm it is bought from official channel.

This includes lazada official store or not? Sometimes I hate Shopee although I am also sea limited shareholder. **! They Jack up poco f4 to $569 then give a discount to $309. **! They treat me like idiot is it? Rather go support Alibaba

If want to buy f4 just wait for month end for better discount.
Don't bother monitor the price during start of the month or during 6.6
Before the end of may, I bought a new f4 for a seller in carousell at 305 only to see the price dip during the same weekend.

What should be a good deal? $280?

the service center is very unfriendly. needs 1-3 working days to replace a battery for Pocophone f3 and you can't just choose to replace only the battery if the technician found other parts not working.

you have to pay 45 Singapore dollars for them to open the phone

and they do not sell just the battery to end user even
if you have the skills to replace the battery yourself

Your Poco F3 already Out of Warranty?

so final price will be 45 + replacement parts price?

if one have the skills to replace the battery, one would be hunting the battery from taobao or something similar, no need to approach xiaomi, unless still on warranty…

I actually went to them because I wanted the original battery

there is a risk the ones on taobao are not genuine batteries.

I replaced battery for Poco F1 and the top ear speaker also only because I can see two screws on the bottom to open the phone

don't see such a thing for Poco f3 hence decided to approach Xiaomi service center Singapore first

any updates on your repair status? Got a Poco X3 Pro that I hope to get battery replaced by them.

I walked out of the shop immediately after I was told that I had no choice but to fix other parts that could potentially be broken if I had left my phone there for servicing.

my phone original battery bloated at 10 pm while watching tiktok and trying to drain battery

I got the bm53 battery for mi 10t from shoppee to replace the Original bm4y which is 5000 maH for the bm53 Vs 4520 maH battery for the bm4y battery

fits quite well maybe got to hold down the cover more while gluing with the b7000 glue that the seller sent with the battery

most of the work taken out of the equation because the whole back cover a bit loose after the battery bloated so I use my fingernail slide under the sides Nia. just need to remove the 11 screws with the smallest watch Philips head screw driver.

no need to format whatever phone. working fine. fingerprint sensor, vibration sound camera also working fine

simple learn how to open from YouTube
