For people who are using Redone , hows your coverage in Places like yishun and other parts ? Im currently using Singtel , apparently its not able to find me on the map in Singapore. Its a joke....$45/mth I can get 2 lines or more from other MVNO...zz

if i were u sure will get 2 mvno .can switch over anytime when 1 of the line is bad.just try to sign up 2 different mvno and see which one suit u since there is no contract.

No issue with my usage which includes in YS.

Why the sign up process so weird. Need to take picture of physical NRIC front, back and selfie with it. Also, they send someone to collect payment.

Other mvno just deliver sim card, everything else online and singpass registration.

What will happen for subsequent payments? redONE should have stored your credit card details during online sign up?

First payment is always advance.. same as last time i sign up ... SIM also payable.....

Perfect10 Malaysia roaming is still “expensive”. You are still unable to switch off data roaming when you travel overseas (not Malaysia). Price ain’t cheap while the data auto roamed.

yes, i just sign up yesterday,
have to pay $10 for sim card,
$10 for advance 1mth phone bill

but according to the agent, second month bill is free,
so called to offset the sim card fee.
not sure only valid for this period promotion

port in cant do online,
u fill up ur details, few days later they will assign an agent to contact u

30mbps upload fastest

Since 3pm no network, lousy. Giga which is also a starhub mvno no issue though.

Yah Redone on starhub mobile network but seems like they are routing to TATA for internet. GiGA route to starhub for internet.

Think kanna same DC issue with DBS, FB and whatapps

I just ported in from Heya to redONE Perfect10 plan in Sep'23. I think the connection is better, may be ST is flooded with too many users esp there are so many ST MVNOs. Being an underdog, guess redONE traffic is still quite stable. Hope the 14 Oct outage will not bring down this MVNO.
