Samsung cu 7000 is Tizen OS
It is not the same as andriod os nor google tv os, so you cannot sideload apk
You were need to depend on what Samsung playstore offer you,
You can try ott player, which i have built a playlist to view iptv but it has some short change i have since switch to china iptv and is a much better player and can handle many protocol such as p2p, mitv and many more.
If you are think to get a box and have iptv and vod in built then you need to choose one that dont last you for a few months and then MIA or else go for chromecast with google tv cheap and good but dont come with preloaded iptv and vod but can sideload your own apk of iptv and vod.

Most of the time it works well but cannot say is 100% at all time, even you pay money to local telcos they also fail sometimes right?
