My parents bought a short lease 2R in TPY more than 5 yrs ago costs us $150k.

That's why I say can be more ex.

My parents wanna stay in tpy, too familiar with the area. We moved them due to wheelchair friendly feature, my mum's legs getting weaker year by year.

Like my mum bought her 38sqm with 30 years shortlease at Dakota in 2020 for $117k (exclude single $15k levy)
It was launched as a SBF

The 99Y starting price of a 2r of this project was at $179k
