I just went yesterday. The queue at Kranji for bus 170 was triple long at 9.30 am. JB custom also takes 45 mins to clear. But coming back was a breeze when exit about 2.30 pm.

tbh 45min is not too bad. I had queue b4 1hr 20min during school holidays
