Depends if u want to learn or just do work
Fierce or impatient is usually smart & action oriented people so cant tolerate people who cant meet that expectation and standard
But u will learn the most from them if u humble enough

#3 u will learn nonthing & after a while u will feel frustrated as everything spoon feed. U are taking up his job directly.. stress will come after that too

The hot temper guy is the smartest among the 2 and is the hod pet dog too.
No doubt, I learn many things when I work with him.

I will choose the short temper one as i will get myself to level up so that he has no chance to lose temper. Losing temper usually means the other party hasnt reached a standard yet.

Anyone will prob also short temper if work long with the #3 lazy & lousy one, or worst blur

I also hv temper but will not talk in the angry tone but instead in a calm manner to make sure the other party feel comfortable and can ask what's really happen.

The other part will willing to tell you the whole picture compare to a hot temper, eye big big wanna swallow you, how the other party open up to him?

The toxic sms one of the team asking him "did the lead call me or xx (my name) call the lead?"

Why can't he the toxic guy directly sms me and ask me???

Anybody know the reasons?
