I think only their direct contract is 2-3 years.

Agency contract cannot be more than 1 year..

Current environment is extremely toxic. This is one of the push factor too. I wanted a more balance work environment. Sometimes I can't sleep due to work issues.

TS, in this case, I will change my vote to go to AD. I was once in a company with 2.7stars too. It's ***** hellish, political and toxic and that was in my first job when I was a junior staff. So I think you should change job.

This on is see heng sway one even in civil svs. If your managers all buay gan, your DD is cui and likes to tai chi work to you, you be prepared to be stretched prata flat.

Seen many times in my department many people failed probation or delayed emplacement because the manager was insecured that the truth about her toxic management style will be spread by staffs who are too friendly with other teams or colleagues. Or the existing staffs will spread rumours about the new staff (especially good performing ones) until he fails probation so they look good themselves.

Lol doesn't matter. Such politics usually occur only in public/civil service where resources are not scarce. In private sector, headcounts are precious so performing staffs are valued.
