I think it's quite risky. Later your kids fight for the 1 freehold.Nah. It's in me and my wife's name. 1 single freehold inter terrace. I have 2 kids. If they are not married they can continue staying and have a roof over their heads. If they move out can just liquidate and use the money for their own down-payment and reduce loan quantum.
Also your kids are separate individuals with different pace and will reach stages of life at different times. What if 1 wants to buy home while the other wants to continue staying at your freehold?
