Now,BTO months may be marker holiday in company records. So, they cannot enjoying fully the holidays if BTO Open for application when they are overseas..

Hi guys, would like to know if there is any way to monitor the remaining selection of flats for BTO? I applied for the Oct 2023 Rail green BTO but only looking at 3 Gen flat.

my queue is so high that the application is unsuccessful but there’s a disclaimer saying they will monitor the balance of 3 Gen flats and update me if there is any for me to select. I tried emailing them to get updates but till now no replies, only automated ones.

so will there be any way for me to find out the remaining 3 Gen flats available?

HDB creates the impression that there will more BTOs units in 2024. It is true that there will be more BTOs unit for selection in each launches. But if we do the maths, the number of BTO units in 2024 will be 14% lesser than 2023.

HDB Bidding only 1 week, mah.
Should be thankful that there are 3 times from 2024 onwards.
Can be 1 or 2 times BTO bidding per year will do? No takers from BTO, the following year then consolidate for Sale of Balance BTOs?

Definitely knee jerk reaction to release many plots for last year resulting in fatigue. Recall the article said hdb noted poorer response for PLH. Not sure why their monitoring of demand is this bad.

That is why I feel is definitely pressure from the Top to release more so the policy side does as per what big boss wants but operationally cannot cope. typical sinkie govt agency culture. got issue also blame operations.

Already maximising all the available plots. 10 years ago no such thing as plot ratio 4.2 in woodlands, 4.4 in bishan and 5.0 in toa payoh...

Clear more land like turf city and dover people also complaining

Huh, can go holidays, travel to airport, search for itinerary. Cannot spend 5 mins login Singpass to apply?
