Can gurus explain how the trade in works?

Will I be able to receive the new phone, transfer my data then send the old one in? How long do I have to send the old one in?

The email from CompAsia says "Kindly handover your device within three (3) business days upon receiving your new device."

Not sure how they track since online deliveries only start from Jan 24, not sure if there'll be delays.

you can select the dates once you get your phone +- 2 weeks for collecting old phone

Good to hear that. Infact they should waive off the labour after warranty as it is a defect.

That's what happened to my S22 Ultra (not green line but half screen white), since still under warranty (Care+), I didn't pay anything, and it took just 30mins for the new screen+ new battery.

I don’t believe in this test. There is no battery icon, how he knows how much it dropped? And for iphone 15 pro max to have such weak battery life is unbelievable.

According to the dude at JP store, you CAN order the exclusive colors at the store.
But.. why not just use the shop app instead and perhaps get further 10% discount?

Just now I chat with the online CS regarding some other issue .. before ending the chat they offer me a code for a wireless charger. U may want to ask for it as well. As per the cs the code is stackable

Guys, my total is $1052.20, i select installment under DBS-POSB-CCIN, key in my card details using POSB ecveryday card but i dont see any $100 installment rebate being shown? and the next thing that i can click is the blue button "Place order & pay now"? am missing something? how to get the installment $100 rebate? is this rebate by the bank and will be reflected in the bank account? or is this by samsung and reflected on the payment page?
