Can try follow the link (click the order number) from the confirmation email they send u. Then track order.

I think so too , the phone have arrived at your selected SES , but the status maybe will reflected as arrived for pickup on 24th Jan

Mine goes there too... Wonder which company, 1st time see . Google it up seem to be related to Samsung logistics.

Mine goes to Cello tracking.

Cello isn't a shipping company. It is just Samsung's logistic platform. Eventually if a courier is assigned, it should redirect to the courier company tracking page.

Does the store collection option appear radom or is there something I choose that make it not eligible for store pick up.

This year I

1) trade in phone
2) pay by installment (claim the master card $100) ,last year I make full payment using Citibank.
3) enter $88 voucher
4) buy on the Samsung app 10% discount.

I received also. Seems pattern is for those self collect. I asked the chat support team of this SF. They say is error. For a while i thought it was my lazada orders. 🫣 I will not pay too much attention on this. But scary if they do data leak.
