Yes. Had the care+ since s21 ultra to s22 ultra to s23 ultra and now s24 ultra even though I upgrade every year. Learnt my lesson with their QC and CS.... I'd rather just throw the care+ money yearly than having to queue to service centre..
S21 ultra came with green line screen out of box. Banged table at service centre and call Samsung. Delay one month then they decided for one to one..
Care+ entitles me to doorstep service, which I used for me s22 ultra pre order which came with a dust in the camera lens. No one to one exchange even though I called up and emailed HQ. In the end had to use my own care+ to get it "repaired".
S23 ultra safe and care+ unused.
Now S24 ultra safe for now too
