Yours sounds like a motherboard issue, which I had long time ago on a Galaxy Note (can't even remember which gen). I was told my mic needs 3-5 days at the service centre. But I called the hotline and got them to arrange to come down to my place to fix, which will be just 1 day.
Best they can do is at least call and provide an update on the status of my phone but zero updates thus far since I dropped my phone off last Friday.

Call the CS hotline! The CSO told me can request for 1-to-1 if within 7 days.

CS at PS told me that 1 for 1 is subject to approval despite me having the phone for just a day. Might probably call them soon if necessary.

Yes. Had the care+ since s21 ultra to s22 ultra to s23 ultra and now s24 ultra even though I upgrade every year. Learnt my lesson with their QC and CS.... I'd rather just throw the care+ money yearly than having to queue to service centre..

S21 ultra came with green line screen out of box. Banged table at service centre and call Samsung. Delay one month then they decided for one to one..

Care+ entitles me to doorstep service, which I used for me s22 ultra pre order which came with a dust in the camera lens. No one to one exchange even though I called up and emailed HQ. In the end had to use my own care+ to get it "repaired".

S23 ultra safe and care+ unused.

Now S24 ultra safe for now too 😂

Think they simply can't cope.
The lady who came to collect from me just now was supposed to come between 1pm to 5pm but came only at 8pm.
And she told me she had to cover 2 towns today and already collected over 40 handsets for today.
Then that Compasia internal issue, can't cope is not our business and its not an excuse to waste our time, then they need to hire more people during the peak months.

Who so free can wait for them all day long when is already scheduled time, they think we so free to go drop off, if not why we select pick up service in the first place.

They better don't be late on the scheduled home pick up day which is already shown available only March 2024, if not I am going to f them up for sure.

samsung dont have 1:1 policy exchange.. my previous s21u was having issue after i got it .. send in for 1week plus then get it fixed i remembered they dont have parts to change since it is quite new then.

For compasia drop-off, do we just drop off and leave? Or need to queue and/or wait for them to check?
Just want to estimate the time needed.

Samsung broke my back glass after the repair. Upon inspection, there is a chip at a corner. Rejected the repair, and reescalated. Now they want to change my back glass. If i allow them to change the back glass it will be without the original imei number.

I avoided Samsung for the longest time because I had bad experiences with their old Note range, now kena this mic issue. Sianz... held on to my Huawei P30 Pro for the longest time before I switched to Pixel 7 Pro, but the Tensor G2 really cmi.

Running out of Android phones liao. If only Huawei has GMS, the. I wouldn't have to go back to Samsung.

I didn't go with the service centre in the end. Lucky I asked here coz didn't realize Care+ can get them to come to your place to repair. Have to wait for appointment but at least I can continue to use the phone instead of leaving it with their service centre for days.

When I called, cso said they have 1 to 1 if within 7 days for manufacturing defects.

Mine within 7 days they reject the exchange even though it is their defect. And also after repair it became worse and they continue to reject the exchange.

If you unbox on the spot and fully scrutinise, you can don't accept. So they have to change one..

But mine was not unboxed for my s21 ultra that time. Night time unboxed power up to green lines..

In the end I still got the one to one after banging table at service centre and also calling hotline..

Like you said no parts... So they ask me wait for parts but I rejected. So one to one...

Like many said, depends on how you do it and what you say 😂
