Prior to that i was only holding bitcoins but due to some situation i recently got into it because I am kinda "forced" into it as some payments made by clients with that crypto currency.
I have quite an ok amount.

My usdt is on the tron network (USDT TRC20)

I am not very familiar with crypto on the tron TRC/TRX network.
Anyone familiar which exchange is best if i want to cash out my usdt trc20 crypto? Seems ERC network more commonly used for fungible tokens?

Look like binance ke Yi. But if u wanna cash out. U need to send to binance to "make it into another currency" probably usdc then send to Coinbase to cash out.

Another way if u got xfers account and u got a metamask whitelisted wallet, u can send usdt to binance then send to metamask polygon network.

From polygon swap ur usdt to xsgd to send into xfers to cash out as sgd.

I never try before though. I think Poloniex also can

Ya I was thinking convert to Bitcoin, then can transfer to one of the Singapore approved exchange easiest.

If my usdt is on the Ethereum network (usdt erc20) is much simpler. I want to see my options first.

My usdt still on the exchange. Quite a significant amount so I want to do fast.
Maybe I transfer to my wallet first.

thanks and appreciated for the input

Btw I tested out almost all the cash out options. If u got less than 6 figure, xfers via defi(uniswap) is the best rate. Sometimes the USD to sgd rate on uniswap even better than google spot rate.

Thanks bro appreciate that. I have significantly more than that. Because of that I just want to cash out primarily. I'm not too concern about the exchange rate

What is there to play?

you use USD$1 buy 1 USDT, and no matter how long you wait, the 1 USDT when converted back to fiat, still USD$1

might as well hold fiat USD$1

most convenient way of cashing out is via crypto.com
can withdraw directly into SG banks and transfer is immediate

I use straitsx to do my conversion SGD and transfer out to my personal wallet and use DEX to trade instead of CEX.

Stablecoin like USDT can play want meh? maybe lending it to lending platform such as AAVE to earn yield lor. About 5% right now. But other than that you are making a lost from wasting your gas fee.

Just find an exchange that accepts and then transfer to a SG exchange and cash out. Very difficult meh?

Just seeing if people might be of crypto on the tron network, and if anyone might be able to offer suggestions to cash out instead of me having to cash out via converting to btc or other currency, pay a % fee, then cash out, possibly paying another fee.

it doesnt matter what network it is on, as long as u deposit properly into their exchange (for ur case u need to deposit it via tron network address)
once the money is deposited, u can withdraw it in any network

for withdrawing USDT to SGD, u need to go to crypto.com app (cannot do it on website)
it will transfer the money into ur bank in secs

I was paid specifically in that currency by my clients as it is the one they commonly use. I would much rather prefer btc if I could have my way 😂
