Walk to mrt station is 1km so twice a day
One day is 2km
5 days in total is 10km

Sat - I go park walk 5km

Very meaningful insights

Can see that you focus alot on education and also going for holiday
yeah, work hard, play harder. added the kids edu cost, forgot to add in my own masters cost - $25k for 2023.
hoping after masters, can generate more income than the cost.

unnecessary spendings like online shopping, weekend trips nearby. etc. always say going to be minimalist, but sometimes you get conned into buying all these nonsense.

Do you have 5 years data?
Will be interesting if you calculate

Wah this is definitely successful edmwer that makes over 20k a mth. I cannot fight.
I see the expat salary I work with, I feel we Spreans are underpaid. More income, more expense. It's not how much you earn, but how much you can keep in the end.

It's sometimes quite easy right?
As you increase input, your output can stay the same. But you feel like you deserve it because you got a surplus rn and can afford it. This cycle of constantly thinking of increasing input to match your output will almost never end, I think.
So best is to live under your means. But say very easy, I also cannot.

I used to keep track of all my spendings, just download your statement and split the cost. Like how I spent $500 on useless online games fishdom. Good to track, then you realise when you need to stop. now lazy, cause in yr 50s, spending v straightforward, no other expenses/loans to worry abt.

I keep all receipts from my kids hosp bills when they born until finish uni. Reno bills, everything. So yes, I got 20 over years of records. For what? Haven't found the reason yet:ROFLMAO:

I think more. For every $15 you pay per pack of cigs. At least 10 goes to the gahmen...
Real cost of ciggies is about 3 or 4bucks a pack nia.
I haven't declared at customs for a long long time, last time I did maybe 6 or 7 years ago was alr 9$ per pack to bring in leftover dfs ciggies.
Heng my cigarette only cost $12.60... :(

I found one more shop selling at $11.90... :(
