real bread without preservatives is 2 days max in our climate.

expire still can eat as long not moldy. but it cannot see doesnt mean its still ok for me i will take a sniff, if smells ok i will eat it.

i actually frequently eat bread long past expiry bec i put bread in fridge, the down side is need to warm up the bread b4 eating.

when i dont want to eat toast i will microwave... it will still be warm and fluffy.

My uncle used to eat his meal over 5 days & never use fridge.

End up got colon cancer & mati.

Instead he fed his dog w fresh daily cooked meat, weird logic person.

You buy the branded one near expiry date bread still quite soft

Those ntuc brand or smartchoice one after a few days will harden.
