few know two rules !!! be careful,,

If you don't have to use your parents' name to get the resale HDB, no need to sell.

If you need your parents' name to purchase the resale HDB, need to sell. It's all on the www.hdb.gov.sg website.

For married couple, both husband and wife need to have names to the house leh. How to remove.

Unless you talking about cases where Father and Son buy the HDB together under family nucleus and remove the Son to buy private.
