Calculated the cost over 12 months.
looks like my status quo still better.

1. dont need 2.5gbps
2. No fixed line service
3. $50+$53: around $28/mth over 12mths

Stay on with my m1 fbb 500mbps still cheaper and less headache, more established.

Shall wait for launch and promo from them.

I dont mind if $10 for 1gbps.
more reason for the trouble.
$10 me also don't mind. I more interested to know how stable is the connection. I run scripts off my PC 24 hours so I don't dare switch even though my current contract ends next month.

Simba only serving small East areas.
Simba does not have DV home line.
Simba charges higher one-time rates.
Simba charges deposit of 3 months.
Simba charges per quarterly (every 3 months $60).

Whizcomm is in the industry longer.
Whizcomm is using SingTel Infrastructure.
Whizcomm have DV home line.

Just some differences I see for now.

Simba is single line 2.5Gbps.

Whizcomm is single line 1Gbps. Their 2.5Gbps = 1+1+0.5

Simba is 67% faster at downloading anything (eg Steam) compared to Whizcomm.

Is simba using onr? Can u set it to bridged mode easily?

I'm. Currently on vq 1gbps + m1 1gbps bonded by pfsense with wireless AP mesh wifi.

Looking to replace my M1 1gbps with either whizcomm or tpg 2.5gbps.

How is the throttling on these isp for p2p? I'm on a private site and need to maintain seed ratio. I also use Kodi to stream Blu-ray rips which uses bukit timah protocol to stream. M1 does soft throttling, vq zero throttling, ST SH all throttle like crazy.

I saw some fb comments on tpg that on 2.5gbps plan they were getting 300mbps+ on speedtest only vs 600mbps+ on m1.

Of course that user could've been using an inferior wifi router or device.

Anyone on lan cable 2.5gbps or 10gbps device can give feedback? Hows the speed and latency vs other isp?

P2p streaming is yesterday. PM me if you want to learn new approaches to streaming.

so many people have been using for years. They are very fair when overseas data roaming, unlike other telco which charge by blocks of GB. don't doubt, simba, its really good. It's not like they are in business are months

Good. I tried subscribing their eSIM for a month to use in Thailand. Select the package, pay up one month and the esim is delivered to my email. Scan and I am good to go.
