Everything also want to rob. They just want to take people's things.

Newbie? The second statement shows that there's something left in view in the car, which is a no-no unless newbie or forgetfulness

She bought $200K, what is the max she may lose? $100K? Cannot be $200k, right. Stay 10yr, or $1k/mth rent. Can stay, can use as office, can do warehouse (3br); ok what.

I thought I saw somewhere about maximum stay of 180 days a year for those without formal working or MM2H visas etc.

How do these Singaporeans without such formal immigration passes "stay in JB/Malaysia"? If it is a case of returning to Singapore every so often, that would necessitate a semi-permanent residence in Singapore still, right?

I went to check the prices. If both mid valley and paradigm are about the same size, St Giles is just slightly more expensive than Hyatt place.

Just came back from my maiden trip from JB sentral -> Perling Mall via T33. It took me abt 20mins to reach.
I had used goggle maps GPS tracking, to press the bell to alight.
Whats your queue time and waiting time for the bus to move off? JB buses always like wait for bus to be fully loaded before moving off

Not worth travelling to and fro JB for some cheaper petrol or food. Time is money. And JB is full of criminals
Stay in malls lo. Got guard. If need travel between malls, don't be a cheapskate go take bus. Just take phv like grab or airasia. Later kena rob at bus terminal/insai bus.

The regulars here will say otherwise 🤣

Is true if u can afford the living costs in sg. I also find it a hassle to go there just to buy daily essentials or eat.

I won't buy eggs or whatever from the supermarket just because it is more affordable. It's a hassle to carry back.

That's why i dun go often. I treat it as a holiday break and go in as a tourist. To feel a different vibe from Singapore.
