I am speculating that not all buyer has same holding power plus if your plan to jump from one to another then u will want to sell it for the new launch if not need absd

My first property now stay with parent... Then parent ask me go buy if not the price keep going up... I single now.. parent say you can 1 person buy why wait..

suggest buyed hdb first then buyed condo chiu can buy more

if chiu buyed condo first then difficult to buy hdb.

hdb nose need to wait if chiu are above 35? 1 person can buyed oredi.

Why will owner sell u cheaper? I think u under estimate their holding power.

If i understand u correctly, u r not saying prices come down, just stable or increase at a slower pace than previously.

I think this might be the case too, ie buyers less likely to pay much higher prices.

The other side will of cos be whether sellers are willing to accept such offer. If not, they will just hold.

But with new launch vs resale. Depends on budget you have.

if your budget is 1.5. Ocr can still get 3 bedder but new launch that’s 2 bedder range. So lowballing won’t be a consideration. Sellers got choice when they can hold

My question is if your savings investment tracks the property price increase anot. If it doesn’t means then even at your lowballing price u might be catching a falling knife

is chiur own personal taste.. chiur marnee .. chiu can choose wat to do with it


if moi i will buy old hause maybe paint over it. then move in

for eg. rast taim moi bought hause ish 1970's built, renoed by owner in 1980's bought by moi in 2022,
what moi did ish just leeplace the toilet seat coveer and paint the ugly part of the hause
