Got so much meh? Which Tampines BTO costs so much, I tot only 350k to 450k... How come so ex sia?

Why the guy never ask the wife to forfeit right to maintenance if to sell his share. I think maintenance and alimony if the wife play punk will bleed him dry.

this guy doesnt care about the kids having a home. much left to say.
Also it didn't seem like he fight for custody of the kids.. only want to stop the wife from gaining any benefit. So bitter sia. All the more the wife have to fight with him in court.

The guy would feel otherwise.

Almost guaranteed 6 digit paper profit in about 5 to 8 years now become 0.
the guy wanted to lose his deposit just to make the other side not have the house and the potential profit.

LOL I'm not surprised the wife end up still staying with her parents and her 2 kids while renting out the entire 5rm flat after the MOP, chao chao can fetch $5K rental in mature estate. Heck, can even rent out before end of MOP by citing reasons need to take care of elderly parents in their home etc. What can the hubby do ? Suck thumb lor.

Wah, 6 digit, buy 470k can sell at least 700k to 800k...
Paper gain sounds a lot. But less agent comm, legal fee, stamp duty, mover cost, 5 to 8 year of interest paid to bank, repayment of accrued interest to CPF... maybe left with mid to high 5 digit net profit.

And then need to find another home....
