Depends on which mall you are going... City Sq , KSL, Southkey, Paradigm, Sutera mall, Tebrau Aeon areas likely crowded

Other malls that SG ppl dun frequent may not be crowded

2nd and 3rd May shd be lesser crowd since not holiday nor weekend mah...

To skip jam, either you move out on actual day early morning before sun rise or move out when the sun is hottest. So, 6am or 2-3pm.
