At least for DBS: https://www.dbs.com.sg/personal/support/investment-sgs-apply.html
*Closing date is 1 business day before auction, and applies to all transactions except CPFIS-SA transactions

Next 6-month T-bill auction date is 11 Apr 2024 (Thu). The day before is a public holiday (Hari Raya). So, 1 business day before will be on 09 Apr 2024 (Tue) and by 9pm. The other 2 banks are likely the same.

when you login to their portal they should state the timing for the application.

My CDP account isn’t showing the t bills allocated to me in this latest round. I read that the CDP account should be updated 1 day after the issuance date. The latest round’s issuance date was 1st April, so should my CDP account be updated today?

Hi all, quick question.
I will be traveling from Sunday, so can I still place T-bill using overseas IP addresses? Is there any blocking from the bank side for the T-bill purchase? Assume that I will submit my bid on next Tuesday...
Thanks in advance.

Don't think so. See my earlier post, Malaysian's are also placing T-Bills across the Causeway.

There’s no restriction on nationality to invest right. Why need to flag them out?

it’s like there’s no restriction on who can hold SGD and whether Singapore citizens can hold other currencies
how to know if my t-bill was successful bid ah?
Some banks send notification.

If not backwards derive from refund of discount.

Or wait for it to appear in CDP
