Yes, rent increase too much liao.
If price more ex than hotel, may as well book hotel. Just that some area don't have better hotel to choose.
For example, Mount Austin airbnb S$103, hotel nearby only S$70, sure will choose hotel.
For example, Paradigm mall area airbnb S$91, hotel nearby S$125, no choice but to choose airbnb. Unless that hotel really worth that extra dollar.

Just ask one of the host, she said due to increase of fee, utilities, management fee etc..

I don't agree.
Dirty one, I stay before but so far only 1 case. No cockroach, towel got stain, enough to scare me away.
So read reviews very important.

TV - don't take projection type, not clear. Check if have Netflix, if have mean quite new TV.

Can't deny 1:3.5 has to do with it, plus those who die die still want to spend 5 hours just to get across.

T30, 31 and 32 stops across the highway, follow the crowd to walk the overhead car bridge.

go back to Sentral, bus stop is infront of the mall.

I choose Paradigm Mall, cause nearer to TUTA and Sutera.
The Platino and Paradigm residence are new condo.
I haven't check Bukit Indah area yet.
I think there are a few condo nearby.

Bot cheesy wedges + ice cream jelly
Total cost Rm43+

So I m entitled to buy the promotional
2 snack plate at Rm22 for 2 sets = 4 pieces of chicken etc
