actually the canned prata zhup is pretty gd. can even win some of the stalls ones....it has a thicker consistency
People who did not finish the curry have no respect for the prata and themselvesI see a lot of prata eaters take one plate of curry but will leave half behind. I definitely need refills and sometimes it's barely enough.
most are probably from the same supplier nowadays, soft soft huan, hardly can find those old school crispy crispy outer layer types. Most prata places the prata very average
Haven't found where the prata stands out

I immediately tried chinda at bishan. Thanks for sharing. Was really crispy. If prata are the soft type I will request for the curry to mixed into it, It is also call mandi in Malay. If it the crispy type, curry has to be separately packed. Anyway, if is the crispy type, I eat it in the coffee shop. My favorite prata haunt is at Chindamani Indian Restaurant located in coffee shop with their sinfully crispy pratas.

how could u not see?
just cook & boil
add other ingredients on your own
e.g. potatoes/veges etc
by trying to cook on your own, u meant to say u tried cooking curry from scratch?
