women bring more value as a soldier by looking feminine than looking like guys. if the ndu wanted tough masculine people, they can simply recruit males only

men and women are physically different. gender equality is not getting women to look like men, but to use those differences to the army's advantage
can't understand mindef Ng mindset... instead of trying to showcase a couple of tough women , both men & women need and all new adult local citizens are drafted in -- that is to be fair & reflect the seriousness of nation defense for a small country

Didn't know Pakcik's friend (the other NDU women that already retired) didn't do the same Hell Week? Pretty sure she told me she went through the same Hell Week as the boys haha ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ but she is fitter than 99% of the men anywhere. Her body fat is like 3% and her mental toughness and resilience is like 100%.
bro

ur 3% body fat pluck from where one. esp for women, 3% is dangerously low... body needs at least 6% fat to function properly... even the most drop dead gorgeous, lean and tone olympic level rhythmic gymnast had 7% body fat (during a documentary)... so ur 3% is exaggerated one is it?

I propose them to carry and lift stainless steel assault boat for training instead of rubber boat

Attach to combat unit and manpacked river crossing rope to walk and climb as well as send them to Brunei Temburong mount biang as part of the training

keyboard warrior talk so much U got carry B4 that rubber boat? U know how heavy those rubber boats is or not?
got completed ndu training confirm tough , individual activities quite sure they can keep up or even better better than alot of the guys but for boat lifting ....pity their boat mates, those gals are fit but there's a limit to women's strength....most likely the other guys in their boat have to make up for their lack of strength

Not to take anything away from these women, but let me share the hard fact many men hab gone thru what they hab gone thru.

In fact in my circle of friends there ish one plump jolly guy whom edmw will categorize as BBFA. Except he ish not really FA as he ish merried. He served as diver in naval diving unit during nsf.

These women didn't do anything special that men didn't do.

If women are celebrated and put on pedestals for merely accomplishling what countless other men hab done, then sorry I hab to think SAF are actually favoring women over men.

And sorry from nao on, all the female soldiers accomplishments, i hab to question if they got their accomplishments fairly or bcoz of gender favourism.

My sibling used to be with NDU

The rubber boat is def lighter than the stainless steel boat where we used for river crossing

Btw I have carry stainless steel boat at Seletar before as well as manpacked river crossing rope during training

I doubt you ever carry stainless steel boat nor manpacked river crossing rope before 🤣

personally, i undergo Guards conversion course with a few female officiers
i can tell you, the guys around her help to pick up their slack because they are just naturally not as strong as guys
It is true.

You see women's 2.4 km running time and males 2.4 km running time.

If put them in front of the pack when running, they actually slow down the males.
