At 30yo, with 200k savings will you buy for your Car or Property?

Assuming you are eligible and willing to loan for your commitment.

There is no right or wrong answers. It's all about diff ppl diff priorities.

Personally car is a bonus, not a must choice. Hard to understand with ppl spending on car when they ald lil savings.

This question is just about people's buying preference for sharing.

Unable to change title. Kindly read 'invest' as 'BUY' instead and stop jjww.

Also to highlight for those inferior naive readers hoping to act smart and feel superior, this thread is started out of curiosity for discussion about different people priorities at 30yo. I am not 30yo nor contemplating where to buy or invest. So yeah, too bad no drama for stirrers to stir and jjww. Those love stirring can move on to lead a more meaningful life.

$200k you can pay a car in full
But $200k you still need a loan and pay installments for at least 20 yrs
Both so much difference, how to compare

none..
put in IBKR compounding 4.8%

then pump in money for next 10 years until you reach 2-3 million.

THEN, buy property.
then, after all paid off and pure money generating, then buy car
You mean by just putting money inside the broker account and they give you 4.8% interest?
