For Lenovo's xiaoxin pad pro (2021), is there a feature that allows different members of the family to login with their own apps/fingerprint/apps?
Sorry to revive a old thread
just want to ask if anyone has any issue with ghost touches when using the tablet plugged to the charger?
I had this issue but it seems to have gotten worse recently. I think it’s a grounding issue.
anyone knows where I can get it fixed for cheap?
So it’s a grounding issue on the tablet?I think it cannot be fixed and it's not advisable to use any such electronic devices directly plugged into a power socket. I have this issue on my Lenovo pad pro 12.6 also.
Try using it plugged to a power bank instead. The ghost touch issue do not exist when plugged in a power bank and it's safer.
So it’s a grounding issue on the tablet?
Change charger and cable? Some cheap charger/cable combo has this issue.Sorry to revive a old thread

Using mobile devices while charging from socket is not a safety issues, devices/charger/socket itself should be built safe enough to be used while operating. Its like saying we can't use laptop that is plugged in.I think it has to do with Lenovo tablets. Same charger and cable but it doesn't happen for Xiaomi and apple tablets I owned. But the Lenovo tablets, even the previous one I owned, has this ghost touch issue during use when it's directly connected via charger. But connected to powerbank it's ok.
Not a big thing though since we really shouldn't be using these mobile devices while directly connected to a power socket for safety.

Cheap and expensive also same for meI think it has to do with Lenovo tablets. Same charger and cable but it doesn't happen for Xiaomi and apple tablets I owned. Cheap and expensive also same for me
I got an anker power brick with 6 ports also same
Those cheapo wall wart also
I've found my tablet to have a charged/static feel (?) while charging. But not ghost taps so far.
In theory, the charger or power bank negotiates a specific charge parameters on one of the mutually supported charge protocols. So both charger or powerbank should be able to cause the issue if they negotiate the same settings. Just that if safety mechanisms fail, the charger can have catastrophic outcome, while the powerbank should have slightly less catastrophic outcome.
The handshake determine the charge voltage and current. For the leak it is likely due to poor design of the PCB or USB port. But what surprising is Lenovo being a huge company making millions of devices has not gotten it right.I've found my tablet to have a charged/static feel (?) while charging. But not ghost taps so far.

It's a China tablet unique problem... some insulation might have worn out inside... won't know what until you opened it and not sure can clearly identify the issue...Sorry to revive a old thread

Lenovo doesn't bother to update their China tablets... their international models only get 1 update for OS version. So can stop holding your breath for an update...I wonder any more updates for this tablet or is it stuck at android 13
I’m using an anker 6 port charger. In relation to the ghost touch, and electricity leakage when charging, it's a problem unique to China tablets made for China...
1. Our electrical systems call for an earth line to the wall socket, hence there is double protection with the charger and device properly insulated + grounded and with the device plugged, any deficiency so the device insulation is mitigated by the earth pin in the charger...
2. China tablets, those grey imports that come with just 2 pins - the earth is missing. If the device's internal insulation is badly done, using the device plugged will cause ghost touches or leakages in the form of a zap your fingers feel. With the original 2-pin charger, the same issue persists but since the quality is better (ie thicker plastics to prevent high voltage jumping across insulation panels) this issue isn't seen... but with age, deterioration occurs...
3. Buying third party chargers which are good quality may or may not mitigate this problem completely cos the internal design may depend entirely on the earth line to ground the device but if the device insulation isn't well done, you may still get ghost touches or leakages...
That's why I gave up on these China tablets early on in the tablet era around 2014 period... I always got zapped...
The current major China tablet brands like Chuwi, Alldocube and Teclast are better built than before but their QC is questionable... as for Lenovo, their internal quality is different from those for international market.... that's why these China Lenovo tablets are substantially cheaper, not to mentioned that licenses are cheaper for the OS due to China's restrictions as to what kind of apps can be used...
