Anyway my heart beat rate had been up to 137 during the clinic visit on Tuesday
And 100++ thereafter till last night
Woke up with 80+ today
I have googled for the side effects of LIPITOR (ATORVASTATN) and it shows fast heart beat so I am not taking it at the moment to see how because I had been consuming it daily since 13th Mar

As long as I jiak only steamed food, don't think my cholesterol will spike
Anyway will update here after I got my full blood test results within the next few days

Blood sugar was at 11.1 just an hour before the cataract surgery on 20th March due to the CNY goodies plus never took Metformin then (it was at 9 in last aug)

Metformin is taken since 13th March (11.9) ,guai guai took it twice everyday, it dropped 0.8 till 11.1 on 20th March

What I have eaten during my 3 weeks of hospitalization leave;
-jiak 3 pcs of bananas plus 1 whole dragon fruit daily because I was then obsessed with daily fibre intake
-jiak caipng with the ikan bilis and peanuts consecutive for few days (no zhup)
-jiak caipng with other dishes twice everyday (no zhup)
-1x potato chips & 1x spicy tortilla chips
-2x 300ml of 100+ zero
-1x saizeriya BBQ pizza 2 slices
-1x encik tan chicken cutlet curry rice
-1x Carl's Jr fried onion rings
-2x mcdonalds fillet o'fish
-1x unagi rice
-1x BK garlic chicken sandwich
-3x zichar
-3x 80g packs of red spicy tapioca
-1x 油条and 2x butterfly
-black jelly and Tao Huey ,both total at 28g of sugar
-1x YTF curry and 1x YTF with sweet sauce
-1x economic fried black sweet noodle
-2x economic nasi lemak with fried food
-2x ice cream cone type
-1x 老王 sesame chicken with 1.5 bowl rice
-drank 2l of plain water daily

These 7 days after HL ended,
-jiak dimsum buffet ,mostly fried
-1x some sushi rice rolls at sushi express
-1x mixue tall icecream cone
-1x fish & chips with coleslaw
-toriQ 2pcs chicken balls and 2pcs kandang
-1x 蒙古鸡丁饭
-OCK sardine puff & pohpiah
-1x 老王 sesame chicken with 1.5 bowl rice
-1x chicken cutlet fried rice
-2.5 cans of 100+ zero
-half packet spicy belinjo chips
-ate half a large banana just today
-ate whole pack of wasabi nuts
-drink 1.5l of water daily (which should be enough since the colour of my urine is healthy), pangsai also healthy (thick/with cracks)


Felt very bad twice when peeing recently,machiam I would collapse anytime so I sat on the stool for awhile before I left the bathroom

Have just seen the doc earlier on and my blood sugar reading is a freaking 18.3 despite I am taking Metformin and statins everyday
Heart beat at 137 (as of now 100) with normal BP, even did ECG and was told to go for blood test tmr
Doc said I'll uplorry within the next 3 years if I carry on with my current diet
And advised me to go diabetic center to have my legs screened

Since the op on 20th March till today, my blood sugar surged for another 7.2 points!!!!!


My questions, do 100+ zero,white rice and the mentioned fruits caused such a high spike within a month? And how many points can the blood sugar drop with OMAD? Don't want to poke my finger every night unless really no choice since have to keep track

If I never jiak yok, the reading would have been unimaginable sky high

Purpose of this thread is to motivate myself to keep my health on track
I missed my 7.3 reading a year ago and my mood was down but now, I was so shock

If I never online here either means I tio banned or my wife becomes a widow


Expecting scoldings, bashing,more than 30 pages and a lot of shockening reactions from NAO

The way you eat, no need to do cataract surgery, becos either you die first or blindness come first.

You know why doc asks you to have my legs screen? Cos with out of control blood sugar, if there is any minor injury to your toe, can lead to amputation cos the wound cannot healed.

THESE ARE THE FOODS THAT WILL CAUSED YOUR BLOOD SUGAR TO SURGE...

You SHOULD NOT be taking any banana, anything with white rice and noodles, potato chip, tortilla chip, pizza, fried onion rings, tapioca chip, 油条/butterfly and anything deep-fried.

Black jelly and Tao Huey can eat but subsidue syrup with less sweet tao huey water.

100+ zero can take now, since your kidney is still functioning.

Ice cream cone can eat, but limit to ONE come per WEEK.

My current height is 180cm, my current weight is 80kg, my resting heart rate is 70.

Ts, you should give up all food except 2 or 3 square meals consist of simple soup or steam food… only protein n lots of veggies and just plain drinking water or tea coffee kosong

But don't think so since I felt the hunger

Now is to see how persistent I am ,in maintaining such a healthy diet

Anyway my wife steamed the lunch and dinner for me yesterday
She said she cooked with groundnut oil to have the fragrance, I admit I only lim a bit of the zhup ,to blend well with the dishes

Eh a quick question, is my insulin working fine? I assumed so right since the reading dropped to 10.5 (from 18.3) last night

But I find my eGFR low at 65, considering the borderline is 60....

grilled chicken or pork chops at western food stalls

Try to use olive oil in cooking..

can try eating raw salad with low sugar fruits

Never never eat dried fruits sugar is high cos concentrated.

Your breakfast, all I see is a lot of phosphate. Egg white which is protein can eat up to 4 eggs but not the egg yolk which is high in phosphate. Tuna is high in phosphate too. Cherry tomatoes are high in phosphorus and potassium.

Your lunch the fish must be steamed.

Your dinner suppose to be 1 serving of broccoli instead of cauliflower and 2 serving of boiled/steamed chicken.

You go gym? Breakfast you eat 4-6 eggs and tuna mayo ?

I don't want to touch fruits ,scared
Unsure of the chemical content on strawberries too

Cold pressed is good …
Peanut for cooking may be can…
For salad, add cold pressed olive oil and balsamic vinegar and I would squeeze 1/3 or 1/2 n lemon juice

Palm size
Chicken or pork or beef fillet

In excess of the above is No No cos end product of excess will turn into glucose store at liver (fatty liver) and overwork the kidney to process excessive protein .

For adults, cannot be more than 700mg a day, I don't know how much is that in mg/DL
