2 slices of break with peanut butter is 1 serving of protein for 1 meal.I only have cold pressed type but which brand would you recommend?
I don't want to touch fruits ,scared
Unsure of the chemical content on strawberries too
I don't eat this
Can have tuna fish with big onions and some mayonnaise
Or hard boiled eggs make into egg sandwich or sardine with big onion sandwich goes with a glass of milk
