I only have cold pressed type but which brand would you recommend?

I don't want to touch fruits ,scared
Unsure of the chemical content on strawberries too

I don't eat this
2 slices of break with peanut butter is 1 serving of protein for 1 meal.
Can have tuna fish with big onions and some mayonnaise
Or hard boiled eggs make into egg sandwich or sardine with big onion sandwich goes with a glass of milk

Always add lettuce to make into sandwich…
For sandwiches can add lettuce, cucumber slices of big tomatoes cheese and it will be filling
Add more lettuce like iceberg lettuce or coral lettuce or the Korean bbq kind of lettuce

Any brand will do but do not buy the cold pressed extra virgin type which is meant for salad. The cooking olive oil is the normal one which can stand high heat without smoke.

Eh actually what should be the right frequency to test the blood?
Once daily?

Minimum 4 times a day; best to do 6 times a day.

Before breakfast.
2 hours after breakfast (to see if you overeat)
Before lunch.
2 hours after lunch (to see if you overeat)
Before dinner.
Before sleep.
