You and me should be same same.

My endo doc prescribed to me years of iron supplement hoping to raise my haemogoblin but it didn't help. So he took the iron supplement out. If my haemogoblin drop below 8, time to go for blood transfusion.

I also feel tired more easily, my bone mass and density are weak, I suffered 6 broken bones in the past 5 years, 2 kneecaps, 1 elbow, several ribs at one go, left and right foot. The 2 kneecaps and 1 elbow went for titanium implant to gain back my mobility.
It must be hard on u. How are u now?
How old are u?

I have 2 sets of glucometer, 1 at home, 1 at office.
Before breakfast I took the reading at home, then when in office 2hr after breakfast I take reading again, just to check the breakfast cause how much spike? So far tested chee cheong fun (no sugar, no sweet sauce, just ma-you and light sauce) can spike about 3pts while 2x ½ boiled egg only spike <1pt. Since then I'm eating this for breakfast.
Initially the glucometer that I used in office will read out loud the reading, then all my colleagues knows 😄 but anyways they knows I hv diabetes, then I go google to find out how to turn off the speech :o
Chee Cheong Fun is pure carb, which will convert to glucose and this glucose moves into your bloodstream, your blood sugar will rises.

Egg is pure protein, if you take without yolk, you are allow 4 egg white at one go. Yolk is high in phosphate, bad for patient with kidney issues.

This is such a small issue.

Talk to your in-charge. Tell your in-charge of your condition. Work out something. There's such as thing call confidentiality. Your in-charge cannot reveal your condition to others.

You really have to stop giving excuses. You are letting your circumstances control you.

And I have to say this again. EXERCISE. And don't anyhow deduce your condition from those test reports. There's a reason why you aren't a doctor.

Exercise makes a huge difference.
My ex colleague also always using food as solution one, never once heard him doing any exercise to help manage his health

Seeing a dietician is helpful..but patient must follow advice.
Polyclinics have this service too, just for info.

Drink milk is useless...

All my meds are actually vitamins and supplements. I have calcium, iron injection, Recormon injection, 2 forms of Vit D, a multivits and Simvastatin which I have taken for almost 30 years.
