Yeah but if he DOESN'T TAKE ANY MEDS and only focus on diet will probably get more problems in the very short term.

When I look at him, I see my younger self. Almost exactly the same. Yolo when young, diabetes came knocking before 30, never keep it under control, upgrade to insulin, still never take care, became high resistence. Extreme overweight, Endocrine specialist manage me until give up, referred to General Surgery for bariatric surgery, took 1 year of counseling to prepare me for complete liftstyle changes. Loss 50% of my body weight to 75kg, further weight loss to 61kg, loss so much muscle mass and hormones haywire, bone all became bristle due to calcium loss, fell and broken 2 kneecaps, 1 elbow, several ribs at one go, overdose in painkillers during rehab kills my kidney. Ulcers developed near my bariatric surgery site and experiencing haemogoblin dropping fast, went for surgery to clip the bleed. Blood transfusion to quickly bring up my haemogoblin number. The bariatric cured my 3 highs, no need insulin, no more bp meds, Statin has to continue. Install permcath on chest to start dialysis for 3+ years, inbetween went for AVF on wrist + ballooning once but failed. Open a new AVF above elbow and went through another ballooning. Lucky this time round success, wait for it to mature to start using it. Remove permcath. Went onto kidney transplant waiting list.

It seems you lived one life with almost all the possible illnesses…

The doctor was here just now and he said they will give me antibiotics as I have bacterial in my body, already stopped bleeding inside but still have to stay for another day,and with drips to finish the three days of drips

And my face is still pale though HB and BP are normal

Good to hear bleeding stopped and antibiotics to clear any remaining infection. Blood transfusion will help as well.

I was wondering why they didnt transfuse. But i guess they know now bleeding is controlled. So top you up maybe 1 or 2 units PCT. Aim closer to Hb 10 then can discharge you.

Don’t think so but definitely need to listen to body

I feel certain teas coffees and soups will activate my gastric juices and if I don’t have anything else I might get a gastric pain, which is why I don’t have anything aside from water in the morning. It might’ve been the case where this tea mix is causing gastric juices to activate for TS.

Also find the Muslim style of fasting when sun is up doesn’t work for me, hunger pangs kick in during lunchtime or else will have stomach pains during dinner.

Doctors in sg seem to be lazy to test / check for H pylori. Wonder why. A friend in Msia went to normal health checkup and found H pylori while most of the executive gold level medical screening test in sg all don’t bother prescribing it. For some reason.

Your sis is 自己骗自己。

She should just go for endoscope to find the source for her internal bleeding and treat it. If worry about colon cancer then don't do colonoscopy lorr. Her tumeric and pineapple thingies only make matter worst.
