A continental car colliding with another continental car is also problematic. The kinetic energy has to go somewhere.

It goes to the passengers inside.

Is it called conservation of momentum?

M x V = M x V?

2 major accidents in the last 6 months in Tampines where Conti cars hit Japanese cars. All in the news.

Casualties on the Japanese car side, unfortunately.

It highly depends on the impact direction.

Cars are strongest in front and weakest from the side and roof.

If it’s an ‘entry level’ conti versus a ‘premium’ Jap, I’ll go for the latter.

E.g. Mercedes GLB 200 versus Lexus NX 350

I’ll definitely go for the Lexus. Superior in all aspects. From performance, handling, to interior.
My frend say Lexus is the uncles aka poor mans conti.
Parts are from toyota and its cheep to maintain.
A actual conti owner can easily afford all the maintenance and spare parts so they dun really bother abt gettin it cheap. yea some wil get butt hurt but its how real contis owners see lexus owners.

I saw a BYD Atto 3 that got t boned or swiped by a Prius at the slow roundabout in Serangoon gardens recently

The side door looked like a crumpled piece of aluminium, can't imagine what it will look like in high speed accidents

Err.. I dunno which kuku frend tell u but rich ppl don't like spending time in the garage do repair or car maintenance work..so normally they will get Toyota or Honda higher range ones.. and change every 3 yrs.. at least they don't breakdown when u need them the most. It's not so rich or face is very important then buy conti to show off to relative and frends. Some very low self esteem ones as well..

really rich will just get super cars like Lambo Urus or Ferrari which the service shops comes to collect their cars for servicing then return their cars once done servicing.
