Wa shag.. seatbelt is very important. Though I always seldom put on seatbelt when I'm the passenger at the back maybe should make it mandatory..

It is in fact the law that seatbelt must be worn and there is a fine for not doing so, but they don't go around catching. Always wear it even if driver tell you they drive safe, cos you can't control how other maniacs drive

Saab bugger is confirmed 100% fault.

Two different scenario but unfortunately linked.

Think majority have encountered people on the roads like the white merz...that's why they feel strongly about the smaller bugger accelerating to kokblok the saab knowing got a biker on the other lane. This is just plain guai lan. So it's not really about comparing who's the more wrong of the wrong-er.

RIP to the unfortunate victims from the stupidity of the saab driver.

There are all sorts of big ego people around. I was also chased by a certain local person in his COE car because I horned him when he cut in abruptly without signalling. I had to e-brake. Lucky there wasn't any car behind me.

He chased me down and Jio me to fight. Haha.. I too lazy else would have stopped my car and flashed him my pass.

Some people do wrong but Cos of ego or want to show off will do all sorts of funny things.

Don’t think the Saab tried braking cos never see the third brake light coming on. You can see the Merc’s third brake light on during the side-swipe but not the Saab’s.

And when you look at the Merc’s car cam footage, you can see the Saab’s brake light only coming on only almost at the point of impact at the traffic junction
