First - caught speeding

Second - reckless driving : didn’t signal when changing lane

Third - beat the red light when speeding

Fourth - beat the red light

It was not a night when everyone at home. It was during peak hour. I hope tmr can see the reckless driver’s face and name on the news headlight. The second decease no name said. No update on the two children too.
Fifth - tp's standard charge. Failing to keep a proper lookout.

not sure if the merc driver traumatised from this saga, make him become guai guai boi? what you guys think
Wait long long.

Tell you a true story. Uncle's car got hit by a drunkard before. She damn drama queen so I gave her chance... private settlement.

Couple weeks later, I see the same biatch happily clubbing again.

Not reporting her is the greatest regret of my driving life.

Nah. These filth won't learn their lesson even if it's knocking on their door.

They will only feel pain if it happen to their own innocent loved ones.

same here, back out to be safe rather than win stupid prize
SG drivers' attitude needs to change. when i drive in Japan, any cars in front left/right signal, we will slow down bit for them to cut in. in SG... ppl speed up to block... ego problems.

black saab is the main culprit to me though, as he sped up like crazy man after that... fugging ego maniac..

I estimate the speed of the SAAB through the junction at at least 120 kph.

if it makes you feel better, if you reported her for drunk driving accident

Her car insurance will not cover her accident, you will have to claim your own insurance or sue her in a civil suit

have not drove in Japan, but have been in private car/taxi there. the driving etiquette is way better. my experience in shanghai has also shown that the quality has huge gaps when compared to SG...

Confirm the driver will claim insanity or some mental illness, or insist he had a heart attack or stroke, lost consciousness, or that his accelerator/brakes are spoilt etc to mitigate his case

Otherwise he could be in jail for a very long time
If the judge is fair, even if the driver plead mental illness, sentence him to IMH for treatment, very sure he will recover faster than anyone could expect, then serve the remaining sentence in prison.

Isn’t it the one that flipped? It should be travelling on the first lane when the speeding car crashed through the cars going straight.

It won't happen though. A business man murdered pregnant wife, got 7 years jail nia,due to mentally unstableness.

Merc driver probably can sleep jin well at night know that it is partially responsible (by common sense, not by law) for the 2 deaths. But hey! Adding speed cam fixes everything right? right?

if the like minded comments in this thread defending him are anything to go by, think he'll sleep pretty well.
