Moi razy juz sprinkle some water on top, spread a thin layer of cooking oil on baking sheet, put into steamer for 15mins

Chiu want fry, do not defrost, lay all onto sauce pan, put a cup of water and a few tablespoons of cooking oil, cover, cook till water dry
