gotch money to buy merc no money to hire lawyer,
yea also something not right in his head, normal people would just hire lawyer and not go around defending themself on a public forum or platform.
probably feeling guilty.. or could be someone pretending to be the driver.. difficult to prove.. did he show anything to prove that he was the driver? If not could be some bo liao person posting..it's the internet..

If u say causing death then means Saab not 100%
Saab 100% caused death. Merc is somewhat responsible for saab to cause death.

Maybe not legally, but for sure morally. Video evidence already show that the merc pushed the saab to step beyond 130km/h- when the saab speed was hovering around 70-80 at most before being boxed in by the merc.

at most fine for speeding/reckless driving plus demerits.. he didn't hit anyone or kill anyone .. but given his past history.. probably a matter of time.. just beware when you see him.. if have camera just have it on the ready..

Car plate can change, his car quite common on the road. Unless his photos miraculously leaks to social media, prolly can ID him on & off the road. 4 now, he may need to hide fm his neighbours and others who sees him daily. There again, there r many X#@ks w/o remorse.

Typical narcissistic behavior.. I'm right, not my fault, sure got reason or blame that it's caused from others

yeah loh, he must be thinking" why people always picking on poor merc drivers? if it's a toyota nobody would have said anything."

anyone who defend the white mercs driver is likely to be
- cloned accounts of SNH7Z
- friends and relative of SNH7Z

i really dont see how he is innocent.
just a mf on the road who will trigger more accidents
i hope he sleeps well at night
And people pinning blame are relatives of the Saab driver trying to make him less guilty?

Way back in the first half of this thread, someone mentioned speeding up and not giving way to lane changes are commonplace in Singapore. Has that led to accidents everyday? No. It is not an action that is considered breaking the law even. Just inconsiderate at most.

Another person also mentioned the highway code book. To overtake another car it is required of the driver overtaking to ensure it is safe to do so. If unsafe or unsure, do not proceed to overtake.

I don't understand what many want to achieve by hoping the merc driver get punished. He didn't break any law, he's only being inconsiderate.

On the other hand the Saab driver committed an overtaking maneuver in a dangerous manner, resulting in a hit and run and eventually a major accident resulting in the loss of 2 lives.
