Serious. I am not joking. Once i caught them not washing the floor for that particular mth. But i closed both eyes. Next following mth they washed though. As for daily sweeping of corridor....none.

Actually… When you have a CCTV or video doorbell, whoever comes up to your corridor you will know. You can even set detection range.

My 2+years bto estate is under pap.
Paying premium S&CC.

Jlb tc affirms that contractor will sweep daily n wash monthly.

I complained didnt sweep daily or few days n informed them to monitor closely, last check is their supervisor sweeping... lol

Frankly speaking, most estates dont sweep daily..

B4 PE, last min only washed partially our playground n exercise corner as nearest to the pavilion - voting station.

I just complained to rem to do it next washing.

Jlb tc replied will wash soon n I was shocked y so good, then I saw my mp house visit

Lots of bird / cat feeders, high rise litteringS issues too. Jlb tc used to replied will do pest management... now just let poor cleaners to sweep only.

Waste precious water n electricity for self irrigation daily when it rains practically daily here.
