all sports/super car owners must go for a trial test, during the f1 week, driving round the circuit following the normal road speed limit for 50 laps, and if incident free, can have their road tax renewed… else renewal denied for 1 year until next f1 season, car will be impounded… before the test, all owners must submit a test fee of $5k each to help maintain the roads, or a bottle of few $k wine each…

They should just limit the horse power of cars sold in singapore.. no reason for the need of such high horse power car given our road and traffic condition..
