Those families with least 1 kid. Also with helper cooking daily 2-3 meals a day won’t be a lower figure. Medium should be around $250 with aircon on at least 8 hrs a day. I find 5 ticks aircons can quite bring the cost down.

Landed property only water bill $170. Electricity bill dun have cos installed solar panels here. Got extras to offset the bills.

Solar panels is not free and needs to be maintained right?? HDB water bill avg $40 only..

Very possible if you stay near a public park like Bishan, or even the smaller ones like Pierce Reservior.
Free water, shower cubicles. You just need be fit enough to haul the jerry cans.
