　　19岁女生在管理学院图书馆内高喊、扯头发大闹，涉公共滋扰被警方逮捕。
　　这起事件于昨天（14日）下午1时许发生在新加坡管理学院（SIM）的图书馆。
　　有现场公众拍下了一名女子被警员带离现场的视频，并上传至社交媒体。
　　画面显示，身穿蓝色上衣的工作人员与警员合力，把一名黑衣长发女郎带出图书馆。
　　女郎当时看似情绪激动，被拖着手向外走时还用力反抗。
　　据了解，这名女生事发时独自一人在图书馆内高声叫喊，甚至用手拉扯自己的头发。
　　警方回复本报询问时说，一名19岁女子涉公共滋扰，在精神健康法令下被捕。事件中无人受伤，警方正在调查此案

A 19-year-old girl was arrested by the police for public nuisance after shouting and pulling her hair in the library of the Management Institute.
The incident happened at the library of the Singapore Management Institute (SIM) at around 1pm yesterday (14th).
A member of the public at the scene took a video of a woman being taken away from the scene by police officers and uploaded it to social media.
The video shows that staff in blue tops and police officers worked together to take a girl in black clothes with long hair out of the library.
The girl seemed emotional at the time and resisted hard when she was dragged out by her hand.
It is understood that the girl was alone in the library shouting loudly and even pulling her hair with her hands at the time of the incident.
In response to our inquiry, the police said that a 19-year-old woman was arrested under the Mental Health Act for public nuisance. No one was injured in the incident and the police are investigating the case
