Anyone on MR having problems with World of Warcraft having crazy ping spikes randomly to Oceanic servers? Could it be due to the cable cuts?
i recommend u just use exitlag because ever since SH absorb MR, the WoW ping is very unstable.
MR so call "live" latency monitor is flaw as it's using official ip by WoW

If you look into resource monitor and take a look at the new ip we are routing to it's not the same as the one listed by WoW

i did feedback to MR few months back but they did not get back to me at all.
I even go as far to check with my other ISP peer and VQ, M1 has no issue. Singtel as usual their ping is **** for "gaming.

anyone else noticed that MR speed suddenly dropped alot? my speedtest on fast.com used to show 900+ to 1gbps, but now it shows 560mbps instead. and i realized that certain timing, websites takes time to load.

even if use speedtest.net it also shows 580++. something seems wrong.

Can't post URLs apparently (not even to link in just another thread in the forum) but there's a topic "Internet traffic to EU slow." There you will find part of the answer.

I noticed recently (like for 1-2 months now), only certain websites load very slow. Anyone experiencing the same? But the funny thing is, if I use VPN the speed is faster on the affected slow websites.

somehow my downloads and surfing speed is much faster with VPN on... -_-"
Yeah man. The connection at night is so effing slow. Felt like the speed was being throttled down very badly. I switched to my 2nd fibre(singtel) and everything load instantly. Makes me feel like switching to another broadband provider but my MR contract still has 1 year+.....

Interesting. I tend to think this is not throttling, but rather backend capacity issues (network congestion issues among SH/MR users), as reported by the ST/MR 10Gbps users. Maybe SH/MR are not really ready to take on so many 10gbps users. But I may well be wrong.

Im definitely going to switch out of MR when my contract is up. MR feels like another case of SIMBA. I think i would rather pay abit more and stay on a more stable established telco.
