Long long time ago when pinky first suggested this idea, maybe edmwers still bash him, saying he wanna drive sinkies out. Now sinkies are self volunteering to do the same thing

Planning semi retirement in jb

A rented 2 bedder condo with excellent seaview facing sg strait

Consider buying a used vezel at ard S$15k to drive ard msia at leisure

Half a year in jb, the other half return to sg bunk with family and see frens, rest of the year go overseas trips 3-4 times annually

Will be financed by my sg rental income, which shld be more than enuf for the rent in jb and living expenses... have a six figure retirement fund sitting in bank, which will only be used intermittenly

Hope everything plans out

I would rent a apartment. Why landed and as elderly. You are like a walking wallet for those criminals. While you are young and strong, you may not be a target. Remember more than 50% under 55 got less than 10k rm in EPS... Have fun...
